Delivery

Did you send my order? I didn't receive any email.

Approximately 48 hours after placing your order, you should receive an email from our shipping provider "Boxtal" with all your tracking information. Remember to check your SPAM and junk folders.

If you can't find the email, you can track the progress of your order directly on our website. To do this, have your order number ready and go to the package tracking section.

If you still need assistance, please contact us and we will forward your tracking information to you.

Can I change the information provided when placing my order? (address, email, telephone number, etc.)

Yes, if your order has not been prepared, it is still possible. Contact us quickly to request a change.

Which carriers do you use to ship packages?

We work with Chronopost, Colissimo, Mondial replay for France.

Fedex, DHL, Happy Post for international.

Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees to receive my package?

You may be subject to customs charges if you receive your order outside of France.

How do I track my order?
